Return Policy at Rinnace:

At Rinnace, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase you make, in compliance with European and Spanish consumer legislation.

Return Period: You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request the return of unwanted items, provided they are in their original condition and with intact tags.

Return Process: Please contact us through our customer service to initiate the return process. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Refund: Once we receive and verify the returned items, we will process the corresponding refund within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the return request. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial purchase.

Exceptions: We do not accept returns of underwear, swimwear, or used products or items that are not in their original condition, for hygiene reasons.

Return Costs: Returns are free of charge when made through a GLS service point and the returned item is exchanged for another size or product available in our inventory. Return costs only apply if a home collection is requested.

If the customer wishes to return an item without wanting to exchange it for another product, the return will still be accepted as long as it is within the established period and meets the brand's conditions. However, in this case, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the return. The refund will be made using their original payment method.

Special Conditions: For returns due to quality or defect, the customer may opt for a full refund or an exchange for a similar product. Items on promotion with discounts may be subject to special conditions, which will be communicated to the customer.
