The amount for free shipping is calculated on the order total after discounts.
Order preparation. We prepare your order within 24–48 working hours. You will receive a confirmation email and another with the tracking link when it leaves our warehouse. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are prepared on the next working day.
Carriers. We ship with UPS or FedEx, always with tracking.
*Destinations with customs. In the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, local import taxes or duties may apply. They are not included in the price and are paid by the recipient. Customs clearance may extend delivery times.
Delivery address. Please check that your address is complete. If you spot a mistake, write to us as soon as possible: we can correct it as long as the order has not yet left.
